Coverage Duration: This warranty is valid for a period of three years from the date of purchase and is applicable to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required to access warranty services.
What's Covered: Our warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, Rose Window London will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What's Not Covered:
- Lost Items: The warranty does not cover items that are lost. We recommend using a reliable insurance provider for coverage against loss.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches and other damages resulting from normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty. Jewelry is delicate and should be handled with care.
