  1. Eligibility: 1.1. Our returns and exchange policy applies to  items purchased directly from our company. If you purchased our items from a third-party retailer or website, please refer to their specific returns and exchange policy. .

  2. Return and Exchange Period: 2.1. You may return or exchange any non solid gold item within 14 days from the date of delivery. 2.2. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team or follow the instructions provided on our website.

  3. Return and Exchange Process: 3.1. Before returning or exchanging an   item, please ensure that it is in its original condition, unused, and with all the original packaging. 3.2. Contact our customer support team to request a return or exchange authorization. We may require you to provide order details, photographs, or additional information to process the request. 3.3. Once your return or exchange is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the shipment.

  4. Return and Exchange Shipping: 4.1. The cost of return or exchange shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. 4.2. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for valuable jewelry items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments during the return or exchange process.

  5. Inspection, Refund, and Exchange: 5.1. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition and meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 3. 5.2. If the returned item is approved, we will initiate the refund process or process the exchange based on your request. 5.3. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5  business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. 5.4. In the case of an exchange, we will ship the new item once the return is received and approved.

  6. Non-Returnable Items: 6.1. For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings (including earring sets) are typically non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. 6.2. Solid Gold jewelry items will not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
